Andiata offers a 14-day return policy for all full-priced items, ensuring your high-quality garments meet your expectations for fit and style. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form provided in your original shipment.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
